Room was clean and had all the normal things in it. Had to ask for more toilet paper and coffee but the staff brought everything I asked for without any issues. Friendly staff!!
Location is good. Very quiet and yet walkable to the main street where the food and desserts places are. Staff is good. If you are attending a music festival, concert or an event at the Aart Park center next doors, then you can walk to the venue.
I stayed here while playing golf at the Niagara Falls Country Club. The place was lovely, rooms were very tidy and spacious. Also it is nice and peaceful place to stay, not close to any highways which was nice. It is privately owned, and the family that owns it are the most helpful and welcoming people. I cannot say anything bad about this place. I loved my stay.
Owner(?) was very nice. Fast check in. Outside of the building leaves some to be desired, but the inside was clean, rooms were clean. Recently updated. Beds were comfortable, more than enough pillows. Shower pressure and water temp was VERY poor. Overall good value.
The location is great - you are basically paying a premium for being a 15 minute walk from Artpark and the entire downtown core. The rooms themselves were very bare bones but got the job done. There was a fridge, a big plus. For what we paid, I'd expect a bit more cleanliness.
The service was absolutely amazing! Kudos to the lady at the front desk for checking me in at 1 am! Public areas were filthy, the room was a bit under par and smelled bad. The price was very good, and we all slept well! Thanks.
I was having a rough day so I was very pleased to find that the managers were very warm and welcoming even though they were going through a little bit of a crisis on their own (their maid didn't show up for work). The room was a good value for the price, and the breakfast was nice.
The inn was very comfortable and only about a 10 minute drive from Niagara Falls. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was included and consisted of yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, apples, along with coffee, tea, and juices. Overall definitely worth the price.
